Terms and Conditions

Watix Solution shall provide services at agreed prices to Clients upon the following terms of payment:

• Once a Website build has been ordered and confirmation sent of same an agreement is formed between the parties.
• A deposit (Progress Payment) is generally required to be made with order.
• Balance shall be paid at the expiry of 28 days or when the project is delivered to the Client, whichever comes first.
• In the event a delay has been caused by Watix Solution, the balance due will be deferred for that period of delay.
• All the charges are subjected to Indian Rupee or US Dollors (USD).
• Watix Solution shall process Client payments through the payment methods provided by the Client at the commencement of the Contract provided however a notification of such action has been forwarded to the Client.

Services Delivery Time

Depending upon the nature of the services requested with Watix Solution, the time will be set by Watix Solution team to deliver the services. However the normal sites will be done within 15 days and the sites like CMS, Ecommerce etc will take at least a month to complete.

Termination / Access Restriction

Watix Solution reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to any site it has developed and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice in the event that there is money owed for work done by The Watix Solution and/or its Agent(s), Hosting Fees or any other notified costs which remain unpaid by the Client. Furthermore, Watix Solution reserves the right to charge costs for reinstatement(s) of Websites, Advertising and associated Administration costs. Services will not be restored until such time all outstanding monies are paid in full.
